* Top Indonesian university or overseas university
* Business degree (Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management)
* 4~10 years of experience from any of these fields : Management, Sales, Marketing, PR, Hotel, Business Center, Finance, Administration, Operation
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
* Exposure to foreigners and foreign culture
* Outgoing, people oriented, multi tasking, mature, team player
