EXECUTIVE CHEF / HEAD CHEF

Responsibilities employment jobs:

* Competent in managing the entire kitchen operations such as training, costing and stock ordering
* To assist with the development of implementation of training programs for the food and beverage staff and in particular kitchen personnel
* To assist with the planning and design of the menu
* To check the food supplies from time to time to ensure that they conform to the quality standards laid down by the company
* Ensure dietary, nutritional and safely standard are adhered to in order to safeguard employees and customers health
* Ensure quality and freshness of all food preparation
* To ensure the business operations are effective and efficient
* To set standards of production throughout restaurant and provide assistance and advise with regards to the planning and effective utilization of the company resource


Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
* Required skill(s) : food presentation, food cooking, creating recipes, team leading, team training
* Knowledge in Japanese, Chinese cuisine is a must
* Must be willing to work on shift and able to work in a team
* Independent, good leadership, excellent interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
* Good Appearance, Discipline and Responsible
* Knowledge in managaing food costs
* Have an in-depth knowledge of food and preparation
* Computer literate and fluent in English, both oral and written
* Able to work on weekend and public holidays
