SHEQ Leader

ACTIVITIES

Mission:

§ To prepare, define and follow up Project Quality and Risk Management Plan and Policies

§ To prepare, define and follow up Project HSE Plan

Activities:

§ Responsible to Project Manager for Quality & Risk Management in relation with PJC/QRM Department

o Define, prepare and implement Project Quality management plan

o Prepare Project Risk Assessment study, review and follow up

o Ensure that recommendation from QA audit performed by QRM are implemented by Contractors

o Follow up the project Technological Risk Assessment and any related QRA in accordance with the CREP HSE 041

§ Follow up EPSC’s Contractual JSE requirement in coordination with PJC/MTH

o Prepare and contribute to project HIRA (by Company)

o Prepare and update the project HSE Risk Register

o Review and follow up contractor’s HIRA study

o Review Contractor HSE Plan including Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Security Management Plan (SMP)

o Ensure the implementation EPSC’s HSE work package, assist Contract Manager’s for technical issues.

o Ensure remedial action implementation following accident and/or HIPO, assist Site team

o Assist Contract manager’s to anticipate and follow up any issue with local community in installation Site

§ Coordinate and follow up for regulatory requirements with PJC/SER and CRD

o All regulatory authorization for marine exlusion zone definition, pipeline route

o All regulatory certifications

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

§ Multiple projects locations and Site

§ Regular site visits.

§ Relations with Contract Manager, CSR and other Departments within TI

Constant interface with other PJC Departments

QUALIFICATIONS employment / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Bachelor Degree in engineering discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience construction on Oil and Gas production sites.
* Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above as well HSE Management System
* Extensive knowledge of Project activities including Contract and HSE related to construction and installation operation
* Previous experience of HSE engineering and management

Good interpersonal skills, well organized, good written and oral communication skill including English and computer literacy.
